• WhatsApp Community participation information, such as your mobile number and messages you choose to share in the community

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by our payment service provider, Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI credentials, net-banking credentials and similar payment credentials are entered on the payment provider's platform and are not stored by MIRA AI SAKHI / MAS Studio.

We may receive limited transaction details from the payment service provider, such as payment status, transaction reference and the contact details you submitted at checkout, in order to confirm your registration.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used for the following purposes:

• Course communication, including session announcements, reminders and updates
• Providing and managing LMS access and course materials
• Customer support and responding to your queries
• Processing and confirming payments and registrations
• Improving the program content and delivery

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party services to deliver the program, including the payment service provider (Razorpay), the LMS platform, email or messaging services, the live session platform and WhatsApp for community communication.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold against unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain registration, LMS and payment-confirmation information for as long as necessary to provide course access and support, and to meet applicable legal, accounting or record-keeping requirements.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections to inaccurate information, request deletion of information that we are not required to retain, or ask to stop receiving non-essential communication.

The program is intended for adult learners. If a minor participates, it should be with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
